The first part of creating a talisman is writing the content on paper. The second part refers to folding that paper into the shape of a square or a triangle. This part is no less important than the first one.

This is an example of how to properly fold the paper:
The talisman, that is, the paper, should always be folded in such a way that the text/content remains inside, meaning that it is not visible from the outside.
Since this is still not the desired shape, we will now fold this length in half as well in order to obtain a small square or cube shape, as shown in the image below.
If you feel that the talisman is still too large, you can fold it in half once more, so that in the end you get a shape like this.
Since you have folded the paper for the last time, you have obtained the ideal shape of your talisman, and now it is time to protect it from dirt, moisture, sweat, and also so that you can freely enter the restroom while carrying it. This is especially important for amulets (protection against black magic), for which it is very important that they are carefully wrapped and protected. The simplest way to protect the talisman is to wrap it with transparent tape or another adhesive tape.
HOW TO PROPERLY WRAP AND PROTECT A TALISMAN AND AMULET
Finally, take the talisman in your right hand, let it rest on your palm, close your fist, say: KUN NUN FAYAKUN! and then blow strongly into your closed fist three times, thereby infusing your energy into the talisman. After that, it is ready to be carried with you, placed under your pillow, positioned above the entrance door, or put in another designated place. The talisman should always be worn above the waist, because the lower part of the body (below the navel and downward) is considered impure and unworthy.
For women, the rule applies that they should not touch either the talisman or the amulet during their menstrual cycle. This applies to talismans that are not protected with tape.

TALISMANS FOR NEUTRALIZING EVIL
Of course, there are talismans used for healing, that is, for neutralizing black magic, and they are used in a different way — they are placed in a container of water and left overnight. From the following morning, that water is consumed for 7, 9, 11, 13, up to 21 days. While drinking the talisman water (or bathing with it), it often happens that a person suddenly begins to cry, feels temporarily unwell, has unusual dreams, or sees certain people in dreams. Afterward, they may feel strength entering them and a new kind of energy.
I recommend that no one talk about the process of drinking or bathing with talisman water while the elimination of evil is ongoing. Once the person recovers, frees themselves from negative energy, and feels well, they may then share their experience with others.
In cases of black magic whose influence has been present for years, one cleansing with talisman water is usually not enough, so it is recommended to repeat the process two more times. Complete liberation from evil, magic, the evil eye, or astral attacks will occur after the cleansing process ends, within a period between 40 days and six months, depending on the individual case.
The best effect in neutralizing and eliminating evil occurs when the magic is removed not only from the afflicted person but also from their living space — that is, their apartment or house. It often happens that a spell is hidden somewhere in the home, and even if the person frees themselves from its influence, it may attack and overpower them again. Therefore, it is recommended to cleanse both the person and the living space together.
