Trump yesterday: “The Iranians contacted me, they want negotiations.”
The response from the Iranians (their leader Ali Larijani): “We do not want any negotiations with the United States.”
So, Trump lied and bluffed because he wants to get out of this war, which is clearly not going according to plan for the United States. Let’s go step by step:
We have seen more footage of downed American aircraft in 4 days of war with Iran than of downed Russian aircraft in 4 years of war in Ukraine.
Trump is the first American president in history whose military bases across almost an entire continent have been turned to dust and ashes.
In just a few days of war, America has lost over 500 soldiers. Coffins are returning to the United States in large numbers.
The Strait of Hormuz is closed, and American servants such as Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and the Emirates will literally starve if Iran keeps that strait closed for a long time, because those states produce absolutely nothing except oil.
American embassies have been burned in many countries, from Pakistan to Iraq.
In some states like Bahrain, people are taking to the streets in mass protests against the quisling government that is subordinate to America.
The United States and Israel do not have enough expensive air defense missiles (1 missile = 3 million dollars), which is why we are increasingly seeing Iranian projectiles hitting Israeli cities and American targets. Last time, the United States and Israel begged for a ceasefire for precisely this reason (lack of air defense missiles) after only 12 days of war.
When we know all this, it becomes clear why Trump increasingly mentions negotiations and why he says this conflict will last about a month, as if he will be the one deciding how long it will last. That will be decided exclusively by Iran. The Iranians are not foolish enough to stop the war after the Americans and Israelis run out of air defense missiles; only then will they strike even harder and further slap around the Americans, the Israelis, and all their Arab servants.
That is why I am glad that Trump is becoming more and more modest and that he is mentioning negotiations. My friend, the side that is winning a war does not call for negotiations, and the United States and Trump clearly desperately want negotiations and an end to this debacle.
