MILLIONS OF IRANIANS TAKE TO THE STREETS IN SUPPORT OF THE GOVERNMENT

Mass rallies were held today in cities across Iran, where millions of citizens expressed loyalty to the Islamic Republic, sending a strong message against what they describe as foreign interference and attempts to destabilize the country.
The gatherings, described as an “honorable alliance of Iranians,” were organized in response to recent unrest that Iranian authorities attribute to foreign agents. With slogans emphasizing unity and empathy, demonstrators once again stated that violence and foreign influence have no place in Iranian society. This million-strong turnout, held in Tehran, Zahedan, and many other cities, provided a clear answer to questions about Iran’s future. Participants emphasized that “Zionist and American mercenaries” had vainly pinned their hopes on the violent protests of recent days, expecting the system to collapse.
Instead, today’s mass presence of citizens in the streets was characterized as a “slap to global arrogance” and to foreign intelligence services which, according to those gathered, seek to spill innocent blood on the streets of Iran.
Numerous high-ranking officials attended the rally in Tehran, including President Masoud Pezeshkian. Walking shoulder to shoulder with citizens, he expressed support for state institutions in their fight against foreign threats.
In a recent address, Pezeshkian stressed that protests are different from violent riots, stating that the nation will not allow mercenaries to endanger the country’s security. Officials underscored that the United States and Israel are directly involved in training and supporting those who incite unrest.
Although authorities and rally participants acknowledged the legitimacy of certain economic grievances—directly linked to unilateral U.S. sanctions targeting Iran’s central bank and oil exports—the message from the streets was clear: solutions must come from within.
