IN SEARCH OF YOUR SOUL

To truly understand oneself is, in essence, to consciously accept bodily mortality and spiritual immortality. Recognizing that we are much more than just a collection of bones and flesh is the first step on the journey to discovering our soul. This search is carried out with closed eyes but an open mind and heart. By asking questions and seeking answers, we create our reality, shape our destiny, and ultimately influence our karma.

Each of us is here with a purpose, a mission, and a reason for being. No one is redundant or insignifi cant. The real distinction among us lies between those who feel and understand and those who, for various reasons, find themselves unable to do so. In this world, which can be both beautiful and terrifying, many distractions intentionally divert us from the search for our true selves, complicating our mission and trapping us in cycles that become increasingly painful and difficult each time.

From personal experience, I know how crucial it is to ask questions and seek answers throughout life. Those who seek will eventually find their answers. Why are questions and answers important? Primarily because they pertain to the very meaning of existence. Life cannot merely be a routine repetition of everyday actions such as eating, sleeping, and reproduction. At some point, I believe we all pause to reflect on what our true life or karmic purpose is.

Many may not realize that astrology can be a valuable tool in this exploration. Specifically, analyzing the positions of Rahu and Ketu, the South and North Nodes of the Moon, in one's natal chart can provide insight. For instance, the influence of Ketu in the 9th house might indicate unresolved spiritual or karmic issues.

WRONG TIME OR PLACE?

If you feel like you were born in the wrong time and place, it often stems from the placement of Ketu in the ninth house of your natal chart. This house governs spiritual beliefs and represents your karmic blueprint from past lives. Ketu's presence here usually indicates a sense of detachment from conventional social norms and a longing for a different time or spiritual environment where you feel more aligned.

According to Indian astrologers, the association of the ninth house with philosophy and spirituality suggests that your soul is carrying a desire to comprehend what feels incompatible in your current circumstances. This feeling is a common karmic pattern, indicating that your soul has come into this life to reconcile these sentiments through inner growth and spiritual pursuits. Embracing your unique path and understanding that these impulses are part of your spiritual journey can help bring peace and clarity to the sense of being in the wrong time or place.

Every individual, from birth to death, is infused with seeds of both happiness and sadness, which are elements each of us must navigate throughout our lives. Both emotions present opportunities for learning and overcoming karmic tasks.

KARMIC PARTNER OR LONELINESS?

Individuals with Ketu in the ninth house and Rahu in the third house possess a special gift: their unusual or extraordinary experiences are not mere figments of imagination but are likely rooted in real karmic energies. Ketu's position in the ninth house often signifies memories from past lives or deep spiritual impressions that unexpectedly surface, sometimes manifesting as unique experiences or insights.

These individuals tend to “recognize” love partners from past incarnations, experiencing encounters as if they are reconnecting with them. Rahu's influence in the third house enhances receptivity to extraordinary phenomena, ideas, and even intuitive impressions, increasing the likelihood that these experiences possess a deeper significance. However, there is a common challenge for such individuals: they are often dissatisfied with “ordinary” relationships based on superficiality or mere physical attraction. Instead, they seek deep emotional and spiritual connections.

People who choose to remain single or find it difficult to form attachments are often labeled as unhappy, unlucky, or picky. However, the reality is that they may simply not have found their karmic partner. For instance, when Venus, the planet of love and partnership, is in Pisces, it carries a deep spiritual significance. In such cases, the ideal karmic partner is someone who brings profound emotional or spiritual lessons. If that person is not found, it means the mission remains unfulfilled, and solitude may be the best option. Pursuing relationships under these circumstances can lead to self-deception and dishonesty, ultimately creating a karmic debt and necessitating further lessons.

Additionally, we may carry fears and traumas from past lives, which can hinder our ability to trust, relax, and enjoy love and relationships. To overcome these challenges, it is essential to develop emotional resilience, self-awareness, and practical boundaries. Focusing on inner healing practices and cultivating self-love can help us strengthen our vulnerabilities, leading to a more balanced and fulfilling life.

To determine through astrology whether someone is a karmic partner, one should examine synastry aspects, planetary overlaps, and karmic indicators such as intersections in the 7th house, Venus placements, and connections involving Ketu or Rahu.

Saturn in the 12th house often brings feelings of loneliness, loss, or limitation, which may encourage deep introspection but can also lead to experiences of depression. While this period may be emotionally challenging, it is essential for releasing old patterns or illusions, which is necessary for spiritual growth. Such periods are common in karmic cycles and act as catalysts for inner development and awakening. Importantly, these struggles offer opportunities for a deeper understanding of our true selves and our purpose in life.

The Vedic Horoscope as a Guide to Life

A natal chart is a map of the planetary positions at the time of birth, highlighting one’s potential and life lessons. However, it is our inner knowledge that truly guides and shapes our journey through life. When combined with astrological influences, this intuitive understanding creates a strong foundation for a spiritual journey. Why is it considered spiritual? If we feel empty inside, our existence lacks meaning and purpose. Additionally, the term “spiritual” goes beyond religion; it encompasses a much broader concept that provides individuals with freedom and fulfillment in belief, which is often absent in traditional religious frameworks.

As mentioned in the introduction, the natal horoscope serves as a guide to human destiny and potential based on the positions of the planets at birth. It aids in understanding our strengths, general life trends, and periods when we may face challenges or achieve successes. What has always fascinated me about horoscopes is their ability to offer deeper insight into the soul's journey, karmic influences, and the lessons that must be learned.

In Vedic astrology, the positions of the Moon, Sun, and planets—especially the lunar nodes, Rahu and Ketu—are particularly significant for comprehending a person's spiritual path and karmic tendencies. For instance, the position of Ketu reflects areas of spiritual growth and past life influences, while Rahu indicates areas of obsession or essential life lessons that we need to overcome.

Throughout the human lifespan, the 40th year is particularly significant, as it represents a spiritual and emotional turning point. This year often coincides with major karmic realizations or transformations, as predicted by Ketu's transit and influence in Vedic astrology. During this time, past karmas resurface, necessitating inner growth, especially in the areas of career, identity, and mental health. This process is part of a deep cleansing and rebirth, helping us release old patterns and move toward greater clarity and spiritual balance. It's important to recognize that each person is largely the creator of their karma.

Everything is Connected and Everything Affects Each Other

It is essential to understand that wars and mass killings, such as the genocide in Bosnia during the 1990s or the ongoing genocide in Gaza, accelerate time on a specific energy level and impact human souls globally. Every war and instance of mass suffering drastically affects karma and complicates the destinies of all of us. Everything is interconnected, and we cannot separate ourselves from global events or pretend they do not exist. Until humanity as a whole recognizes this truth, we will continue to cycle through punishment and redemption.

On an individual level, the 8th house in astrology is often associated with past life karma and hidden emotional patterns that carry over into this life. These patterns can create feelings of longing or sadness, even when there is no apparent reason in our current circumstances. Additionally, the placement of Rahu in the 4th house can intensify these feelings, as it often signifies karmic lessons related to emotional security, attachments, and inner peace that we are meant to navigate throughout our lifetimes. The persistence of these emotions suggests that the human soul carries unresolved karmic patterns.

Planetary influences can reveal the direction in which our soul is evolving, whether through relationships, career, or inner development. Ultimately, astrology guides us in recognizing these lessons, leading us to greater awareness and the fulfillment of our higher purpose. To enhance Ketu's influence in your life, repeat the mantra “OM KETAVE NAMAH” 108 times every day. Chanting the mantra is especially recommended on Tuesdays, but you can also do so on any other day.

Guardian Angel, help me both day and night!

According to Romanian belief, angels have a human body with wings, and they can rarely be seen. But, regardless of that, the angel is a faithful companion of a man, who persistently follows him, except in one case, namely, when he enters the tavern, the angel will not enter after him, but stands on the threshold and waits for him. Likewise, it is argued that no one should be threatened with a knife in anger, as the angel is three steps away from the man.

Just like the Bosniak peoples, Romanians have the highest beliefs about the connection between angels and children. As soon as a child is born God immediately sends a guardian angel to see him. But an angel will not come home if he finds salt on the window, or closed windows, or people standing next to them and listening curiously.

His true mission begins immediately after the child's baptism, when he becomes a Christian, in order to enjoy all the benefits of God's protection. Then the angel approaches the child and usually does not separate from him until death. All the time the angel is on his right side or sitting on his right shoulder, while the devil is positioned on his left side or on his left shoulder. That is why Romanians believe that left-handed people, those who do everything with their left hand, are devils.

Also, it is believed that those children who die immediately after baptism, and sometimes even those who have not reached the age of seven, do not have any sins, so after death they turn into angels. They remain with God by serving Him or praying for the souls of their parents. When their parents die, and by some chance end up in hell, then these angels descend to the underworld and, waving their wings, create the wind, to cool the fire of hell and ease their parents torment.

Masters of karma

Based on everything said in the first part, and this introduction to the lecture on angels, it is quite easy to conclude that every human being is born without sin, he is pure and innocent, just like the angels themselves. But through growing up and living, his ignorance and irrational deeds make him susceptible to evil and put his soul to the test.

Nevertheless, each individual has his guardian angel, who is spiritually responsible for his own destiny, that is, he bears full responsibility for the life of his protégé. In this way it is clearly stated that no guardian angel is superior to another angel, nor does he have the right to rule over him, that is, to interfere. The responsibility is individual. It is from this rule that independence in carrying out the mission of the guardian angel derives. Since the guardian angel is our protector and guide, he will never harm us, since, according to secret teachings, he was ordained by the Masters of Karma, spiritual teachers who deal with incarnations, and they themselves are subordinate to God, or even according to some interpretations, represent him.

Namely, man lives on Earth in order to develop spiritually. He is born and dies in order to be reborn. Each new reincarnation is a test he undergoes in order to eventually complete that spiritual path. Likewise, every teaching requires a teacher and this is where we come to the need for a guardian angel, who communicates with us, when he thinks it is necessary, through what we know as the voice of intuition and sometimes through dreams. The need for a guardian is quite logical if we take into account the fact that man has in himself an immortal part, which is called the soul or Higher Self, and which survives through transformation, and that mortal, perishable part or Lower Self. The role of the guardian angel is also to maintain harmony between these two opposites with his guidance and vigilance.

Light for the guardian angel

As the ancestor of monotheism Zarathustra taught, every man has his guardian angel, whom he should turn to for help whenever he needs it. Certainly, Zarathustra did not say that for no reason, because that invisible sweet being can really help us many times; to defend us from evil people, to distract us from bad judgments and intentions, to give us peace and love, to ease the pain, to provide us with the answers... However, you must know that we too can help our guardian angel, empower him, and give him spiritual light. To have a closer relationship with him, we should always pray for our angel, because he is our guardian, counselor and a friend. You do not need any special words or prayers for that, but to pray as your soul desires. It is often enough to say, "Guardian Angel, help me both day and night!"

However, in order to strengthen him, and thus provide ourselves with strong spiritual protection, especially in the bad phases of life, we need to do this simple ritual. For this ritual we need an unused glass, a new white candle and mineral or filtered water.Light a candle somewhere safe and preferably high, such as on a cupboard. Secure it by shedding three drops of another lighted candle and placing this one for the Guardian Angel on them, so that it can be glued to the surface on which it stands. Place a glass of water next to the candle on the right.

Say Our Father three times, and then this:

"My God, I offer you this prayer and the light of this candle, as a spiritual power and as a spiritual light for my Guardian Angel. Accept now, my God, this offer and allow my Guardian Angel to be empowered and enlightened, so that he can more easily protect, defend and guide me through life here on Earth!"

The next day, make the sign of the cross with your right hand in front of the glass on the ground and then pour it into the river or sink. If you pour into the sink, you must first let the tap water flow and then pour out the glass. The effect of this ritual lasts for seven days and can be repeated if you think that you need it, or if you still need strong protection.

In addition to your protector, you can light a candle for the guardian angel of another person with whom you are not on good terms. Namely, when someone is angry with you or you are angry with your partner, or someone directs hatred, anger, resentment, or any kind of negative energy, turn to an invisible protector for help. To calm the eruption of evil thoughts and passions, light a white candle for that person's guardian angel and say this:

"To the guardian angel of NN (say name and surname) calm the hatred, anger and resentment of your protégé so that he does not harm me and does not torment me with his bitter emotions, typical of human weakness. I do not know the cause of his resentment and anger towards me. Maybe jealousy is the main reason for that? But whatever the reason may be, which is unknown to me, it is clear that he / she is trying to release his / her emotional tension against me; you, who are his guardian angel, help him to overcome this acute crisis, this negative crisis; nervous tension, mental weakness, antipathy, or unreasonable anger. Calm him down, show him that I am the person who wishes him well, who loves him, and want us to be good friends because I need him. To the Guardian Angel and my friend N.N., accept this candle that I graciously offer you as proof of my security and devotion. May he, when confronted with me, do so with kindness, respect, love, and empathy, so that in a friendly way we may jointly accomplish our goals, without hurting each other. Let it be so. "

This concludes the prayer, and do not extinguish the candle, but let it burn to the end on its own. After that, throw the rest down the river. Before each described ritual, you must take a shower beforehand, so that your body is clean.

And finally, this should be said: believe in angels because angels are around us.
